By entering our memory game you have a chance to win a dinner check of € 100,=. The 8  highest scoring players will win one of the available dinner checks.  

Game Rules

• You have only a chance of winning a price by filling in the complete data form after playing the memory game

• You can play the game as many times as you want

• Multiple entrances will be deleted for the final draw

• The winners will be the eight persons that have solved the memory game in the fastest time

• The action period is from 13 December 2018 to 10 January 2019

• The winners will be approached mid January 2019

Participation rules

Participation and your chances of winning do not depend on your purchasing goods from or utilizing any paid or free-of-charge services provided by Verder Liquids BV or any other company concerned with the organization of the memory game. Participation in our puzzle game means that you automatically recognize our Participation Rules as well as our Data Protection Regulations. 

The game is open to everybody except for all employees of Verder Liquids BV and their relatives and employees and relatives of related and affiliated companies. At the time of participation participants must be older than 18 years. Persons from countries in which the participation in sweepstakes is forbidden by law are excluded from participating. Persons who participate as members of sweepstake clubs are excluded from participating. 

Verder Liquids BV reserves the right to terminate the draw wholly or in part (e.g. for particular prize or special draw) after one draw has been made and the prize distributed. This applies in particular when the draw for any reason whatsoever cannot be made according to plan, for example in the case of computer viruses, faults in the software and/or hardware and/or for other technical and/or legal grounds that influence the management, security, integrity and/or the right and proper procedure for carrying out the draw. 

If it is suspected that the finish time of the game is achieved through the use of (software) tools (with incredibly fast finish times) Verder Liquids has the right to disqualify the participant. 

Verder Liquids BV reserves the right to postpone the dates of the draws. 

In order to participate in the game an authentic business email address must be provided. 

Winners will be informed in writing by email. The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 3 weeks. Otherwise all claims to the prize will cease to exist. The names of the winners will be published on our website.

There is no legal entitlement to the prizes. In cases of doubt the decision made by Verder Liquids BV applies. 

The right to take legal action is excluded. Prizes are not transferable.
